Hulk Hogan's Florida mansion sells for $5.9 million, well below asking price

Following Hogan's death on July 24, 2025, his estate has sold his Clearwater, Florida beachfront mansion for $5.9 million. The property was originally listed for approximately $11 million in January—a gap that tells you something about the real estate market and what buyers are actually willing to pay for even a legendary name.

The main house spans 5,400 square feet with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Hogan purchased it in 2012 for $3.3 million, so the final sale price still represents a profit, though nowhere near the ambitious asking price his estate had hoped for when it hit the market earlier this year.

A guest cottage on the neighboring property sold separately for $2.8 million. It remains unclear whether the same buyer purchased both properties or if they went to different owners.
